Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within Canada and the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders above $120 (after discounts, gift cards, and before taxes).
How long before my order will ship?
All in-stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, with the exception of holidays. Please note that during site-wide sales and holiday seasons, there may be delays in order processing time. Don’t worry – we’ll keep you in the loop!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel or edit the order in any way. We cannot add or delete items from the order nor can we change the address entered at the time of order placement.
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so that you can locate your order anytime during the shipping process. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out!
How do I start a return online?
To initiate a return purchased online, please send an email to email@example.com. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns are sent to our warehouse located in Toronto, Canada. For more information on returns, click here.
Can I exchange items purchased online?
At this time, we are not able to process online exchanges.
What if I was sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged?
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your items arrived damaged, please contact email@example.com and include a photo of the damaged item.
When can I expect my refund?
When returning an item back to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive and process your refund. You will receive an email notification letting you know when your refund has been processed.
Will my shipping cost be refunded?
While we will give you a full refund for your unused and unopened product, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through Apple Pay and PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Because who wouldn’t love the gift of a cleaner beauty routine? You can purchase a Coveted Market gift card here. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
